But it's not just the wearing-down... I used to get a sinus infection every fall, like clockwork. I had allergies, but hated taking meds so I didn't... and it all finally clicked when the nurse practitioner asked me if I didn't think that there was a correlation between my sinuses being full of junk from my allergies, and subsequently getting infected.
